The FULL MOON is a time to forgive. Forgive others and yourself. It is a time when emotions are heightened. As well this is a time to practice Gratitude. If you don’t keep a Gratitude Journal, perhaps this is the time to start. Think of 3 things that have happened today that you can be grateful for (sunny day; an unexpected message from a friend; a smooth ride to work/play).
Room freshener; yoga mat spray, meditation spray. You name it and if you like it for whatever you like it for, then that’s what kind of spray it is!
